I love creating beautiful things! I am an aspiring cake artist, self-taught. I am not formally trained as an artist or sculptor or culinary professional.... I simply envision a design and do my best to create it out of sugar!! I love it and I will perfect it! Not only the design but the unique gourmet flavor combinations! This IS my passion! And it's only the beginning.... :-)
